Lessons learned• Never, ever run a web project in waterfall.

• Reduce complexity

• Focus on the business outcomes and objectives, not the software.

• Deliver results in iterations. Re-integrate lessons learned back into the process.

• It’s all about the people.

• Try to bring the expertise in-house, but recognize that people leave.
