We can customize our services to meet your specific needs. Generally, we find our clients select one of the following two general service packages.
A) General Management Package
B) Full Service Package
- Contact point for tenant inquires
- All services in Package A
- Collect late rent - Manage all tenant income
- Coordinate cleaning - Manage all expenses
- Coordinate maintenance - Hire contractors directly
- Qualify new tenants - Advertize vacant units
- Manage showings, prepare leases
- Represent owner at LT Board
- Report monthly to owner - Prepare monthly financial reports
