Welcome to ONDiGO Mobile CRM!

ONDiGO is an exciting and simple way to connect with your contacts on-the-go.

Simplicity, Automation and Mobile accessibility are key elements in ONDiGO.

Shortly, your main ONDiGO log will look like the image here.

This tutorial will show you how to utilize ONDiGO and stay in “A Game” at all times.

Getting Started

After downloading ONDiGO this is the first screen you’ll see.

ONDiGO organizes your contacts by recent interactions with your contacts. ( emails, text messages, calls, meetings, etc. )

Color Coding:

After each call, ONDiGO will ask you to label that contact. ( instead of going one by one )

Therefore, after each interaction, you will label your business contacts, making it easy to later sort and follow-up.

( Label names and color can be customized )

After Call:

After each call with a business contact, ONDiGO will allow you to:

•  Add a comment. •  Set a task. •  Schedule a meeting. •  Attach a file ( image/invoice/file )

While on Call:

While dialing or receiving a call ONDiGO will allow you to view previously entered notes. (click the colored square to view).

While on Call:

ONDiGO notes will help you remember the most important details. These notes will be available to you in real time, keeping you at your “A-Game” anytime, anyplace.

Changing Labels:

Adding a note or changing label can also be done from the main ONDiGO log.

Tap the ‘+’ sign next to the contact.

Changing Labels:

In order to change a label for a contact, tap the label name.

Changing Labels:

A drop down menu will open. Tap on any label and tap ‘Done’.

Contact Card:

Tap on any contact name to open the contact card.

Contact Card:

Scroll in order to view the complete communication history between you and the contact. ( Calls, Text messages, Emails, calendar events, tasks and notes, etc. )

Using Text-To-Speech:

In order to add a task/comment while your hands are busy ( using text to speech ), tap the microphone icon.

Using Text-To-Speech:

Dictate your comment / task.

Your text will be automatically transcripted. Tap done and your comment will be saved.

Adding Tasks:

Write any text and click the ‘Task’ button.

In case you would like to set a reminder for your task on your calendar, click on ‘Set Reminder’ button.

And click done.

That’s it – your task has been added to your calendar!

Sorting Through Contacts:

Sorting between labels can help you distinguish between different contact groups easily.

In order to sort, click the bar on the bottom of the main log.

( it will appear when you stop scrolling )

Choose any label and tap it.

After tapping ‘NEW’ Only contacts labeled ‘NEW’ will be presented.

In order to sort through another label, tap the bottom tab again.

Click ‘All’ to return to normal view

** You can view only contacts with a pending task on their account, by choosing ‘Tasks’ on the bottom tab.
