This situation is not okay.

The teacher did not tell the students to work together on their homework. The teacher is expecting Daniel to do his own work and not copy from someone else. Even though Daniel’s friend gave him permission, it is still wrong to copy from someone else.

She is using another person’s exact words even though she has added her own beginning sentence. If Sheena wants to use the information, it needs to be restated in her own words.
