• Bad recruitment planning for Q4 (wrong target group) • Low conversation rates up until RA (between
application and people coming to interview, between people passing the interview and people that are signing contract)
• Partner countries opportunities starting to produce more results in matching
• Jobs.cz is great opportunity, but not fully taken advantages and optimized for conversion

stage (which shouldn’t be happening)

(Matching rate is around 50%) • Account management worked (most of TNs
are from AM) • Response rate increased to 60% • NPS is not moving forward
