It’s not, I said - but I need it right now

So there’s the first important answer - he said

What - that I need it right now?

No, he said - “It’s not”! You said - it’s not!! That’s why you aren’t motivated!

What really motivates you?

Legacy, I said - I want to leave a legacy!

Is that legacy a bottle of shampoo? - “No” I laughed!

There’s the second important answer - he said - just one more & you will be motivated again!

What is it then? What is your legacy?

Fantastic Hairdresser Schools globally - not just creating fantastic hairdressers but creating fantastic people!! I said, without hesitation

we need a symbol!!

• We need to know that every product we sell is another brick that is building the schools

• The symbol needs to represent: beauty - transformation - freedom

• A butterfly!! A tiny beautiful butterfly nestling on the back of every product
