The Purpose of the Site

Fun quizzes which educate the child.

Through theses activities the child begins to associates being clean with winning. (This is based on classical conditioning)

1. Mula interacts with the user intelligently, offering choices, reading the users mind.

audio.4. We have separated the more complex content into the

grownups section.

Reduce the users Memory Load

1. The quiz is kept simple one page to each piece of content. Disclosing information at a slow pace.

2. Short cuts are simple and intuitive 3. The final system will include flashing icons on delayed

reaction.4. No time limit on doing the quiz.5. The arrows and the tick symbols are all familiar symbols.

Keep the interface Consistent

1. The site is consistent with other sites –

main tabs running across the top of the site, login on the right hand side, use of mouse to interact.

Visibility – current score remains visible, equally at any point the user can check their score, how many movies they watched etc.

Users language The language used is at the users level User in control Users can move from any page to any page Consistency The site is consistent with other children’s sites.

And web design in general. Recognition rather than recall. The site is intuitive Flexibility . The user has free movement around the site

including undo, back and forward. Minimal design. The design is simple colourful with good use

of space and contrast. Helpful – Mula is very helpful and considerate with his advice.

User Familiarity –The system is designed for the age group 4-10yr olds

It is consistent to other sites they might be using. There is minimal surprise. We have included facilities for the user to recover

passwords and review and change their minds during quizzes.

Mula is always at hand to guide the user through difficult sequences

The site is diverse as it is designed for the child and the parent featuring a grown up section
