Envisioning Phase

o the human resources are 2 students : Alexandra Iacob and Anca Mihalacheo other resources : 2 PCs, ART platformo development platform : eclipseo familiarization with the ART platform (constructs the java code’s model)

o in the design phase both students contribute to the architecture’s elaborationo the project manager will assign the implementation tasks

Conclusions

OpenProj offers a very well structured view ofthe entire project, but also a certain phase of the project can be detailed. There are different perspectives of the project (e.g. Gantt, Network etc.). There’s a feature for assigning tasks to the human resources. OpenProj allows dynamic adjustment of tasks.
