Examine a color sample of your choice and report on your observations in various lighting conditions as well as interviews with other people’s reactions and comments about the same colors in 150 word discussion.

Choose your color swatch You can choose a color to examine from

your environment or print out a color from the internet. Make sure you can carry the swatch of color (don’t make it too large).

Post your swatch of color by scanning or photographing or choosing the color from the internet (if you’ve printed it out). You may post the swatch in the discussion area as an embedded image or a link.

I’m now going to examine the color I’ve printed out in 3 different lighting conditions:

Interview people about the color In different lighting conditions, I’ll ask 3

people the same questions:

1. What would you call this color?2. Would you wear or paint

something this color?3. Do you like this color?4. What does this color remind you

of?

Compile the information and post to the Discussion Board I will now take my notes and write my observations

in the Discussion Board.

I’ll embed the color right into the discussion and make sure to use proper spelling, grammar and punctuation.

I’ll make sure to write a minimum of 150 words.

I will respond to at least one other student with a minimum of 50 words.
