Create Survey Templates Create Managed Surveys
A survey is typically sent to a Customer when a Ticket is Closed
Survey Templates are Service Desk Records that an Administrator uses to define a Survey
They Consist of Introduction & Completion Messages ,Comments, Q & A Fields
Email is usually the most convenient notification method for Surveys
It is a transactional Data Record in Service Desk
You cans elect a list of recipients to take Survey when you associate Survey Template with Managed Survey
List of people selected under a managed Survey are called as “ Targeted respondents “
Managed Surveys have assignees whose responsibility is to update status appropriately
