finals held in a different location every year.

is comprised of a series of separate country / region-specific Competitions (each, a "Local

Competition"). Each Local Competition may have unique eligibility requirements, entry deadlines,

entry criteria, and prizing.

Worldwide Finals The top Teams from each Round 1 Local Competition will advance to

compete against one another in the Worldwide Finals to determine the top three (3) Teams

overall. The Worldwide Finals will take place in July 2009 in Cairo, Egypt, and will consist of three

(3) Phases of competition.
