Custom Theme/Branding• Brand your CRM!

• Change the colours and logo

Custom Theme/Branding Gotchas• Best practice: Clone existing/standard theme, otherwise

other colours will be defaulted to black.

• Limitation: Only one theme can be set as the active (published) theme (at this moment no personal theme or other complex usage, e.g: theme per Business Unit)

• Limitation: No color picker (use online/your own software)

• Limitation: Theme is not solution aware, so you need to migrate the theme separately.

• Practical usage: Theme your environments (Dev/Test/UAT, etc)

OneNote Integration Gotchas

• OneNote integration requires server-based SharePoint integration to be enabled.

• Users must have a subscription to Office 365 to use OneNote in CRM Online.

Folder-Level Email Tracking

• Use any Exchange folder and then drag an incoming email to that folder to track it in CRM.

• A tracked folder can be associated with a specific CRM record, such as an account or opportunity, so whenever a user moves a message to that folder, it's automatically linked to that specific record.

• Tracked folders work with Exchange Inbox rules, which makes it even easier to automate management and tracking of incoming emails.

• Note: Requires Server-Side Synchronisation
