The development of consumer grade software has evolved to a point in which end users expect, by default, intuitive user interfaces and a simple, delightful user experience
Does Enterprise Software [ ES ] really need to deliver the identical UIs and the same UX as consumer grade software ?
YES or NO ?

Poor Usablity May have been a business model…?
