Installation/Configuration Guide
Installation
1. First of all, back up your store database and web directory. It is wise to perform this procedure before any installation.
2. On your back end, go to System → Magento Connect → Magento Connect Manager and log in to Magento Connect Manager with administrator credentials.
3. Under “Direct package file upload” section, browse for package file and hit “Upload”.
4. Return to website back end, log out and then log in again. 5. Flush Magento Cache under System → Cache Management.

6. Congratulations! You are now ready to use Product Labels extension.
Configuration/Usage
Adding Labels from Product Edit Page You can add custom product label to any product manually from the product editing page:

Adding Labels with Rules You can apply labels to bunch of products using rules. It is similar to catalog price rules. Go to Promotions → Product Label Rules and create new rule using “Add New Rule” button.
1. Enter General Rule Information
2. Enter required condition in Rule Information and Conditions tabs:

2. Add label for products that will match this conditions in the Labels tab:

3. Press “Save and Apply” button
Adding Global Labels for NEW and ON SALE Products (Note: Label Collection is not allowed for this type)
You can assign the global labels for OnSale and New products in the System → Configuration → Orange35 → Product Labels.

OnSale Products products which have special price lower than regular price. New Products products that match the New from Date and New to Date fields in the product edit page.
