Availability, Schedule, and Timetable display

Availability and schedule displays contain flights for airlines that have a sales agreement with Amadeus.

You can request schedule and availability for 361 days in the future, and 3 days in the past.

There are four different types of flights that are displayed in the following order:– Non-stop flights – flight operates between two cities without any stops– Direct flights with stops en route – for refuel or to pick up the passengers...– Connecting flights - when passenger can not reach the final destination with

the one flight. He has to change an aircraft, and the flight number.– Change of gauge (Change of equipment) – the same flight number, but a

different aircraft


Amadeus Air products (p. 29)

Product Explanation

Availability Flights that have at least one class available for sale or waitlist

Schedules Air scheduled flights wheather they have seats available or not

Timetable Flights information of all airlines operating during a specified one-week period

Direct Access

The ability to access a specific airline reservation system directly


Availability Neutral (AN) Amadeus availability display all flights with at least one seat available for

sale or waitlist To request an Amadeus Neutral Availability, you may enter:

AN 10MAR BEGPAR

AN Transaction code 10MAR Departure date BEGPAR City pair

Schedule Neutral (SN) The difference between AN and SN:

– AN displays all class of services that can be booked– SN displays all class of services that were or are available on flight

The sign next to the class of services could be:– C – Closed– S – Sold out– X – Cancelled – R – On Request– L – Waitlist open

For example:– P S means that P class is sold– K C means that C class is closed

Timetable Neutral (TN) Amadeus Timetable is a display of flights operating during a
