Las Vegas Tech Company Announces Public Beta for its Media Sharing and Streaming
System.
Las Vegas, Nevada - January 3, 2013 - Duvon Corporation, an international technology
company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, announced today that it will move from private to
public beta testing for StoAmigo, its cloud-based media sharing and streaming system.
StoAmigo has been in private beta testing since October 2012, receiving positive reviews
from local and international testers.
Ben Ow, President and Chief Creative Officer of Duvon, says, “We are very excited about
the response from StoAmigo users, especially as it relates to ease of sharing and
streaming digital media files. This tells us that we have developed a viable product that
truly enhances the consumer’s digital experience.” The system was designed with
media sharing in mind, giving users access to their content directly from the cloud.
StoAmigo is platform agnostic, with web, windows and android applications currently
available and iOS in development. Ow also revealed that the company is currently
developing additional features that are not offered by other cloud storage providers
which will have a significant impact on the way consumers share and interact using their
digital media.
StoAmigo’s patent pending technology includes unique customizable permission settings
for sharing, as well as for retracting shared files. “Giving our users complete control over
their media is a strong emphasis of our platform,” Ow explains. “Our goal has always
been to return to a true method of sharing where files don’t have to be given away or
duplicated in the process.” He also emphasizes that privacy and security for users are
top priorities for the company.
Ow says that Duvon anticipates discussing partnerships and strategic alliances with
global device manufacturers at the upcoming CES in Las Vegas on January 8-11, 2013.
The company also plans to connect with audio/video/streaming content providers &
portals that are looking to incorporate social media and sharing in building their user
base.
