POWER CONNECTORSAll computer
components need power. Usually
located at either edge of the
motherboard the power connector is commonly a 20 or 24-pin connector.
PROCESSOR SOCKET
The central piece of the motherboard is a processor socket which is located near the center of the motherboard.It holds the processor which is sometimes referred to as the brain of your computer.
MEMORY SLOTSLocated in the upper-right part of the motherboard, the memory slots are used to accommodate memory modules.
VIDEO CARD SLOT
These are meant for installing additional components to expand the function of your PC such as video
capture card, better sound card, etc.
