The rate of change in technology is challenging. Up to a few years ago companies searched for the best technically savvy people to get onto their books. They looked for the best Java or .NET developers, nothing else was acceptable. Does a company like 6PM follow suit or does it adopt a different approach in line with its business model? 6PM's Chief Operations Officer Peter Bugeja says that when looking to enrol people companies like 6PM do not only seek to employ the most tech savvy people in the market. Instead 6PM looks for people who are creative and are able to work side by side with health professionals to develop solutions that make a difference in a patient’s life.
