Interstage APD is unlike existing visualization approaches: It visualizes processes that have taken place, not theoretical workflows It works from a simple data extract and does not need permanent links to your IT

1. 360°Performance View 1. 360°Performance View Benefit: Helps immediately respond to
business change Unified dashboard - tasks, processes,
reports, KPIs, and alerts Personalized portal Side-by-side comparison charts Team member specific reports - e.g.,

2. Performance-based Tasking Recommendations2. Performance-based Tasking Recommendations
Benefit: Helps identify the right person for the job in real-time Who has the least workload? Who has completed this task the
fastest in the past? Who has had the most extensions
to deadlines in the past? Who has had the most/ least alerts
triggered for that task in the past? Who has the most experience
completing this kind of task?

3. Performance-based Recommendations on Alert Thresholds3. Performance-based Recommendations on Alert Thresholds
Benefit: Assists with setting realistic customer SLAs Interstage BPM can automatically set thresholds for alerts and
notifications based on a historical analysis of process performance. For instance, if a particular task took three days on average to complete,
the system automatically knows to recommend a due date that is three days from the day the task is assigned to a particular user.
Users can always choose to reset or reschedule these alerts and notifications.

4. Workload Predictors4. Workload Predictors
Benefit: Aids team performance optimization Interstage BPM provides users with a listing of tasks that are likely to get
assigned to them in a given period of time. Managers can also look at the forecasted tasks for each team member before
they decide to assign more tasks on an ad hoc basis.

Benefits: Business users are no longer chained
to the processes that were initially modeled – get work done your way
Business users are empowered to make ad hoc decisions around task assignments as they see fit to address changing business needs.
The system captures the “real” process as it unfolds and provides the option to standardize on it.

6. Tasks Delivered On-the-Go6. Tasks Delivered On-the-Go
Benefit: Get work done anytime, anywhere. Users can have tasks delivered to a mobile phone, PDA, email, a portal
of choice or any other RSS client. This saves them from having to log-in to an application each time they need to complete an assignment.
Tasks can also be easily added to calendars.

Interstage Cloud BPM PlatformAdvanced Multi-Tenancy Capabilities
Interstage Cloud BPM PlatformAdvanced Multi-Tenancy Capabilities
A BPM installation can be configured into any number of virtual servers or partitions
Each partition can host multiple BPM applications
Each BPM application will have a separate context and can be deployed as web application
Each partition may have its own directory adapter, or multiple partitions may share a single directory adapter.
Every partition has its own set of administrators. Rights and access control to capabilities are unique to a partition.
When users log in to a partition, they only retrieve tasks from that partition, can only access processes from that partition, can only see templates from that partition.
Partitions have different virtual database servers
