The Internet started in 1969 as the Advanced

Research Projects Agency Network "ARPANET". In

the book: The Future of the Internet, author

Johnathan Zackerney highlights the two most

powerful features of the internet: Openness and

Closeness. He ended the debate, between those

contracted features, through an execution. He

believes that "Openness" has to be developed but

should be temporary and preserved, while

"Closeness" has to be eliminated but not completely

erased.
