IFT is capable of handling modifications to most piping systems. Our specialty is replacing and adding new valves to existing systems, without interrupting service, and wet tapping butterfly valves. These solutions are led by a team of technicians using innovative techniques that have helped define the industry.

Adding new connections to existing mains without interruption of service. Capabilities: 1/2" - 96" on water, gas, steam, air and chemicals. Available for any type of pipe. Wall Tapping is also available!

• IFT’s Linestopping service provides isolation of a section of pipe- the most advanced stopping service available today!
• Sizes from 1/2" - 60" on any type of pipeline.
• Bypass Outlets are available so that temporary bypass lines can be run while work is being completed.

• When the City of San Diego needed an isolation valve installed in a sewer force main that could not be shut down, they contacted IFT.
• Once the valve was installed, the bypass and line stopping equipment was removed.
