Been there and done that

We went to SF - our users exploded.

We created the B2B, B2C, B2B2C model

Traction wasn’t as easy as we hoped, we

lack target

We continued, but product market fit was

too loose

We found a niche market who loved us,

but whose pain wasn’t sore enough

We found a market with a massive pain, a big budget and a love

of our technology

Second Massive Customer

Lot’s of massive customers

(See - we buy beer)

Page 17: Internal Tadaweb Presentation on Culture

We understand the importance of fun togetherThe work hard play hard mentality is alive and well

Page 18: Internal Tadaweb Presentation on Culture

Page 21: Internal Tadaweb Presentation on Culture

I know what you are thinking… This is all getting way too “Miss Universe”

But it’s important, because they are there

Page 22: Internal Tadaweb Presentation on Culture

What Mentality do all these Values help Build?

Page 23: Internal Tadaweb Presentation on Culture

the HACKER mentality

Page 24: Internal Tadaweb Presentation on Culture

On a side note, in reality… most of the great hackers I know actually look more like this

Page 25: Internal Tadaweb Presentation on Culture

Or this…

Page 26: Internal Tadaweb Presentation on Culture

Hackers are challenge seeking. If someone says it can’t be done, they do it.

Anyway…

Page 27: Internal Tadaweb Presentation on Culture

Because of this, this mentality involves the constant seeking of knowledge

(after all you can only break something properly if you know exactly how it works in the first place)

Page 28: Internal Tadaweb Presentation on Culture

Hackers thrive when given freedom, so we try and let you guys choose your own way doing things

Page 29: Internal Tadaweb Presentation on Culture

We are driven by “creating the impossible”

Page 30: Internal Tadaweb Presentation on Culture

So our values drive how we interact and grow as a team

Page 31: Internal Tadaweb Presentation on Culture

Our mentality shapes the way we build our product and company

Page 32: Internal Tadaweb Presentation on Culture

But why are we doing this and why does it matter?

Page 33: Internal Tadaweb Presentation on Culture

As the founding team of this company… ….it’s your job to keep Tada, Tada.

Page 34: Internal Tadaweb Presentation on Culture

So right now I challenge you all….

Page 35: Internal Tadaweb Presentation on Culture

To leave your mark.

Teach the new and above all stick up for what is Tada.

Page 36: Internal Tadaweb Presentation on Culture

Now go and drink a beer.

Never let Tada lose beer.
