Background

Gujarat Gas Company Ltd (GGCL) is the largest private sector player in the natural gas transmission and distribution business in India. Incorporated in 1980, GGCL pioneered the concept of combined natural gas distribution to the industrial, commercial and domestic customers and is focused on procuring, distributing and utilizing natural gas and allied technology. Today, it supplies gas to more than 367,000 domestic, commercial and industrial customers and serves over 187,000 CNG users.

Problem

With a growing mobile workforce, GGCL was looking for a way to reduce the constantly increasing help desk call volume and also to reduce the risk of IT help desk errors while processing password resets. GGCL was also looking for a way to empower their users to do their own password and resets and unlocks from anywhere without having to be dependent on IT.

Solution
