Lighthouse Communications Xtender

Lighthouse Communications Xtender is an event manager system for processing the workflow between a source event and the consequent action or actions. A source event is anything that happens, a phone call, a temperature sensor or a motion detection device. An action can be represented by any type of actuator, i.e. a video phone call, a gate, a switch or an alarm. Any kind of flow can be graphically designed allowing a user-friendly configuration experience.

Sentinel is a multisensory integration system with a distributed architecture able to apply data fusion algorithms which combine information coming from different devices to determine the processing of the source event as a critical event. Revos is a Customer Relationship Management product. Revos deals with matching each event to all the data related the customer. Customer data mean address, history, Kin, health data, etc. As an event occurs the agent in charge will receive a screen pop up with the most important information.

Actions may be the activation of actuators, the generation of multimedia communication activities, the execution of software applications, or their combination.
