Not just a Buyers’ Club

• Aggregation of demand should achieve keenest possible prices• Multiple Vendors in one place – easier and more efficient to browse

and compare products and services• Vendors reach many Members on single platform• Buyers can setup, order for and monitor individual network projects

down to premise level• Aids billing third parties (eg Local Body projects) against tender

Milestones• If you know what’s going on in real-time, that really helps you stay in

control of project and costs

Cost Killer Service• With the exception of very large enterprises, most companies are focussed on the

operational end of the business driving revenue into the organisation

• They can’t afford specialists for the back office support functions so rely on generalists – accepting non-optimisation as the norm

• In a business that is performing well, an overhead percentage that does not exceed 35% of total revenue is considered favourable. What’s yours?

• For over 20 years we have been analysing P&L accounts to identify and remove excessive, often unrecognised and hidden cost

• We use specialists who are focussed on one category only e.g. Utilities, Printing etcwho know their market and tailor your solutions to your operating needs

• No cost service – funded purely through 50:50 savings share i.e. from money you were already spending = WIN:WIN

• A 2011 study by Make It Cheaper and the Centre for Economic & Business Research showed a 22.8% rise in small business costs between 2005-2011, and businesses themselves reported an overall average rise in business costs of 4.5% year-on-year to July 2011

• In 2016-17 the average UK small business has seen its basic costs soar by 3.2%, according to Barclays’ Small Business Cost Index (SBCI).

• The Index, created by Barclays in conjunction with the Centre for Economics & Business Research, is calculated based on the annual cost change of a typical basket of goods and services associated with the average SME, including utilities and rent costs. It found average business costs (the rate of inflation on SMEs) increased by 3.2% over the last year, from 1.1% in February 2016 to 4.3% now.

• Businesses in the manufacturing sector saw the steepest increase in business costs in the last year at 5.7% - the highest reading since 2009
