1)  Allows  more  than  5  million  site  visitors  each  year  to  easily  search  for  and  retrieve  documents  from  an  ever-­‐expanding  library  of  over  90,000  ECHR  judgment-­‐related  documents.    

2)  Has  an  intui0ve  and  simple  to  use  user  interface  that  could  be  used  by  professionals  and  the  public  alike.  

3)  Leverages  ECHR’s  legacy  investments  in  SharePoint  and  OpenText  DMS  and  drives  internal  efficiencies  

4)  Mobile  ready  –  responsive  design
