How to Disable Attachment Preview in

Outlook 2010?

Outlook has a feature that allows users to preview attachments and documents if the handler is available for that file type. If you only wish to disable Attachment Preview for certain types of files, leave the checkbox unchecked and click the Attachment and Document Previewers button. Simple steps are needed to follow to do the same.

Steps to Disable Attachment Preview

Open Outlook Click on File >> Options

Select Trust Center tab and Click on Trust Center Setting

Now, select Attachment Handling tab option Click the Check the box Turn off Attachment Preview and click on OK button.
