Step1: Logging in Gmail account and

click on “Gear” icon and go in

“Settings” option

Step2:- Now select “Forwarding and POP/IMAP” tab and enable “IMAP Access” after that click on “Save” to configure Gmail account in MS Outlook IMAP.

Step3:- Now open MS Outlook 2010

Step4:- Click on “File” and after that click on “Add Account”

Step1: Logging in Gmail account and

Step2:- Select the “Forwarding and POP/IMAP” tab and select the “enable pop mail” option and after that click on save button.

Step3:- Click on “File” and after that click on “Add Account”

Step4:- Select the 3 Option of “Manually configure server setting or additional server types” and after that click on the “Next” button

Step5:- Here is four options “1st is internet email”, “2nd for exchange service”, “text messaging”, and “4th is Other”. You have need to select “1st option”.

Step6:- Now you have need to fill “Server Information”, “User Information” and “Logon Information”. Now select the “More Settings” button.

Step7:- After clicking on more settings button this window pop up. Now Select the advanced tab and fill the server port no.

Step8:- After that select the outgoing server and select My Outgoing server and use same settings as my incoming mail server and click on “Ok”.

Step9:- After that set the deliver new messages to in existing PST file OR create a new PST file

Step10:- Now Click on “Next” button and test account setting.

Step11:- After clicking on the next button a window pop up like this

When process complete successfully then click on “Close” button to close the this window.

Step11:- After that you will got this window. Now click on “Finish” button and your account configure in MS Outlook 2010 With POP3
