PROFILEThe Company was set up in the year 2008 by Mr. Sanjay Aggarwal. 15 years of experience taught him that farming or pollution control problems cannot be solved by mere products, but through solutions. Thus, a number of solutions were created, tested and are now in use by various clients of the Company.

The Company is working in 6 States in India and growing exponentially. Number of achievements have been made in a short period of 4 years.

• Projects in agriculture have been implemented together with World Bank, UN (IFAD) and many other reputed organizations.

Yashoda Hybrid seeds is one of the largest seed producer’s in the Country. They had conducted a trial with one of our growth promoters – NatureVel – AG. They found that there was there was a 14.91% increase in plant height, 6% more number of branches and 19.57% increase in number of fruiting bodies.

AQUACULTURE

Biostadt Limited conducted a trial of NatureVel – AQ. They found better results in term of plankton development, bloom stability & cleaning of pond bottom. Results could be seen within 3 days. Stability of algae bloom remained for 20 days.

Srinivasan Hatchery, Hyderabad, conducted a trial of NatureVel – AH on poultry. Their findings were a drop in mortality by 0.80%, 322 Kgs total increase in body weight of birds sold (5.85%), Average feed consumption dropped by 230 gms or 2.02%. As a result, the FCR improved by 0.15 gms or 7.28%

CLIENT’S SPEAKWASTEWATER TREATMENT

Procter and Gamble was facing a problem with their STP. After treatment, their BOD & COD dropped by 90%, TDS & TSS dropped by 40%, the Coliform count was BDL (Below Detectable Levels) and there was a distinct suppression of foul odour. The Company is recycling the water for gardening.

Lotusan

When billions of locusts fly like a cloud devouring everything on their way, they fly very close to each other. They never hit each other. A large bio-sensor equips them to do this. This design was copied by Volvo and placed in their cars to avoid car crashes!!

Lotus grows in the dirtiest of places. However the lotus leaf is always clean due to ridges formed on its leaves, that forces the water to take away the dirt particles. STO has come up with a paint to form same ridges on your outside walls. Rain washes away the dirt – guaranteed for 25 years!!

The king fisher bird has the ability to catch the fish and fly away without creating a ripple on the water surface. The aerodynamic design of the bird was used on the bullet train in Japan. This lead to 20% increased velocity and 15% saving in fuel!!

The blades of the windmills are designed around the wings of the dragon fly. They enable the blades to move even at 0 wind velocity!!

PHYTO-REMEDIATION

Aspidisca in STP. Helps in break down of organic matter.

Arcella in decaying organic matter. Mostly found in plants, which are not working properly.

Crawling ciliates are found in large numbers when the bacterial population and DO levels are high and the wastewater environment is stable. They indicate a stable wastewater environment and a healthy sludge.Epistysis. The organism is colonial. Its stalk is branched. Found in good quality treated water.

Vorticella. These stalked ciliates are usually attached to a floc particle. Stalked ciliates are found in large numbers when the bacterial population and DO concentration of the treatment process are high, the wastewater environment is stable and a mature floc has developed.

Epiphanes sp. is a common inhabitants of the activated sludge. These are neutral microbes.Fresh water Nemotodes. Lack of nematode activity is a bio-indicator of a toxic condition that may be developing in the treatment process.

Protozoa. They perform many beneficial roles in the treatment process, including the clarification of the secondary effluent through the removal of bacteria, the flocculation of suspended material and as bio-indicators of the health of the sludge.Amoeba Proteus. If amoebae are present as the dominant protozoan group, this could indicate an unstable wastewater environment and a sludge that is in poor health.
