“Gustar” WebQuest

A WebQuest for Spanish II students in Grade 7.

Introduction

• Since we are studying the verb “gustar” which means “to be pleasing to” in English, I would like to give you the opportunity to share with the class some things that you like and don’t like.

Task

• Using PowerPoint or Prezi create a presentation in which you share 5 things that you like and 5 things that you do not like with the class. You must also explain a reason why you like or don’t like the thing/activity.

• Give a reason why you like or don’t like this thing or activity – include at least two adjectives. Make sure to use correct form of the verb “ser” (es/son) and correct adjective endings.

Rubric• Each sentence is worth 10 points each.• One point is for the sentence “I like …”• One point is for a picture that matches the

sentence.• Three points are for giving a reason why you like
