Case Study: Washington Post

Personalized messaging, attention to detail, and speed were the keys to success in this project. The client had thousands of employees across several divisions, all with different benefits packages and unique requirements. In a very short timeframe, Global Thinking manufactured, assembled, and distributed a complicated set of personalized materials – with zero errors.

Global Thinking also produced a series of brochures to combine personalized statements for each of the company’s employees. Our fulfillment specialists then customized 30,000 pen enrollment kits by hand. Each was checked by a supervisor to provide 100% verification that the right materials got to the right people. The kits were mailed directly to individuals and in bulk to client offices nationwide.

Case Study: Lafarge

Looking to reduce errors and reduce the workload associated with open enrollment and disappointed with the “one size fits all” approach of existing web-based open enrollment systems, our client came to us looking for a fresh perspective. The key requirements included a simple, wizard-based online enrollment process, multi-language call center support, and integrating data with existing HR systems and benefits providers.

Global Thinking created a customized web-based open enrollment system, hosted in a highly secure environment, which made it easier than ever for employees to make their enrollment decisions. In addition, our multi-language call center integrated with a parallel web-based system, leveraging specialized telephone scripts to walk employees through the enrollment process. Case Study: Rexam

REXAM, a major industrial firm, was searching for a way to centralize the production and shipping of HR materials to its offices around the country. Global Thinking built a custom , web-based system that allows each branch office’s HR department to request over 40 choices of documents, depending on location and employee type. Orders are then sent to corporate headquarters for approval.

Once approved, the orders are sent to Global Thinking’s on-site facility for on-demand printing and delivery. Because documents are submitted by corporate headquarters as changes are made the client can be sure that employees see the latest official version of each document.

Case Study: FitFeud

Increasing engagement and driving results were the main goals of this project. Our client, a large hospitality and travel company, had an existing comprehensive wellness plan that included biometric screening, health coaching, and nutritional components. They were looking to add a bit of excitement to their wellness offerings to get employees more personally involved across offices nationwide. Through our partner, FitFeud, we delivered a team-based weight loss competition that allowed participants to track their progress online, see real-time leaderboards, and chat with other participants across the country. With participants losing on average over five pounds and driving an ROI of over 4-to-1, both the company and their workforce can’t wait for the next competition to begin.
