Compliance Package A: Review current status for compliance for IRS, Franchise Tax Board, Board of Equalization, Attorney General, Tax Assessors Report, past two years tax returns, and any forms for any foundations that you do business with, want to or plan to.

Package B: for nonprofits doing less than $50K annual gross income: Review as above with all agencies and filing of required forms

Package C: for nonprofits doing less than $50K annual gross income: Complete balance sheet, P &L forms, most recent IRS tax returns, plus filing of all forms in “B”

NOTE: We have found that even the “large” nonprofits have compliance challenges as their monitoring becomes

more cumbersome

Accountancy Package A: Accounting System: Set up internal controls for proper nonprofit operation. Components include: internal controls; accounts receivable and payable; general ledger

Package B: Budgeting System: Set up budget along with business plans for grant writing
