What this is about

Recently I was between two engagements which gave me the opportunity to relax and taking care for my family – which caused additional need for relaxation and if you disagree you obviously do not have two little boys at home

In order to fulfil my wife’s request (no, not the “For heaven’s sake, go lost”-one, the other one, where she asked me to do something useful) I took the chance and searched the web, read books and shared thoughts with recruiters all over the world. I found a tremendous huge amount of different sources and bright people with fantastic ideas, inspiring, smart, controversial and informative.
