Complexity for web development (Hybrid and Web Mobile) is highly dependant on the browser/platform capabilities and performance. The implementation of WebKit in iOS is one of the most performant on the market, and in the other hand, old versions of Android OS present challenges to get an acceptable usage performance on Hybrid and complex web applications.
