Growth was most likely to be reported in India (77%) and the U.S. (70%)


Growth was least likely to be reported in Sweden (43%)


Nearly nine-in-ten (89%) organizations experienced growth that hadn’t gone exactly according to plan


Only 11% experienced growth totally in line with their plans


Unplanned growth was more likely to be experienced by mid-sized businesses with 100-999 employees (37%)


... versus larger enterprises with more than 1,000 employees (29%)


With growth comes concerns ...

45% percent of business leaders said that as a result of growth, they worry their business might take on large or complex projects that they lack the skillset and technology to deliver effectively, damaging their brand reputation


Nearly 70% of business execs surveyed say their organizations expect to grow in 2016


The majority of survey respondents said “market expansion and global expansion” would likely contribute to their company’s growth in 2016


To support business growth, and better prepare for its challenges …

79 percent of business have made, or are making, investments in integrated IT infrastructure


Just under half (45%) of business leaders pooled worry they are not personally prepared for the challenges of managing a larger, more diverse business
