If you’re having problems getting into GBS Billing on QuickBooks 7.0.Follow the following steps to Re-Open GBS Billing in Multi-User Mode.

1. Click “Open or restore an existing company”

2. Select “Open a company file”3. Click Next

4. Select the drop-down menu above and select the Q: Drive

5. Make sure that the box “Open file in multi-user mode” is checked.

6. Double-click on the folder “GBS Billing”

7. Double-click on the GBS Billing File.8. You should now be able to access GBS Billing in QuickBooks 7
