Part I:Provide Quotes
Step 1: View the quote requests
Choose Quote Requests on this main menu to view all open quote requests
Brief information about the shipment
Click View to see all the details of a particular shipment
Step2:Buildyourquote
On the left: Shipment’s detail information
Build your quote:• As a representation, you can choose which
service location where the quote should come from.
• Transit time is in days.
Key in the dollar amount of the charge in this box
Choose a charge you want to include in your quote from this drop-down list
Step3:Submityourquote
Use these buttons to remove or add more charges to your quote
Click Create Quote to submit your quoteYou will pay 2 Fleet credits to quote on a shipment. Fleet credits are currently free, if you want more email us.

You will see this message once your quote is submitted.
This menu allows you to choose how you want to see your quotes
Choose “Your Quotes” on this main menu to see all the quotes you have provided
Viewyourquotes
Click View to see the quote’s details
If the shipper initiates a conversation with you (usually to ask more about your quote and services), the messages will appear in lower right section when you view your quote.
Note: only shippers can start the conversation, you cannot initiate the communication with shippers.
Chatwithshippers
Type your reply in this text box, then click Send Message
Part II: Manage Your Representative Account,
Company Profile,Service Locations, and Team Members
Update information about yourself as a representative here
Click Save to save all the updates
Choose View Profile to start
Choose Edit Company to update information about your business (Step 2- next slide)
Step1:Manageyourrepresentativeaccount
Update any information about your business in this section
Click Save to save all the updates
Step2:Manageyourcompanyprofile
Click View Profile to see how your Company Profile appears on Fleet’s website
Click this Edit button to edit the respective service location (Step 5)
When you choose Manage Service Locations, this is the Main view: a list of all service locations.
Click Add Service Location to add a new one (Step 4 – next slide)
Step3:Manageyourservicelocations
These icons quickly tell you:
• How many representatives work at this service location, and
• How many reviews this service location has.
You can choose the area you want to service: 200 km radius from your location, or country-wide. You will receive email notification about new quote requests based on the service area that you choose.

Add information about the new service location in this section
Step4:Addanewservicelocation
Click Save Service Location to save information of this new location
In Manage Service Location’s main view, click this Edit button to edit the corresponding service location
Step5:Editanexistingservicelocation
These icons quickly tell you:
• How many representatives work at this service location, and
• How many reviews this service location has.
Click Save Service Location to save all the updates
Edit information about the service location in this section
Step5:Manageanexistingservicelocation(continue)
Choose this if you want to disable the service location
Click Add Team Member to add a new one (Step 7 – next slide)
Click this Edit button to edit the respective service location (Step 8)
When you choose Manage Team Members, this is the Main view: a list of all team members
Step6:Manageyourteammembers
These icons quickly tell you:- The number of open quote requests in
the service areas of this team member’s service locations
- Number of shipment this team member has won
Basic information about the team member
Step7:Addanewteammember
Add here the service locations you want the team member to manage. You can add multiple service locations
You can whether the new team member will be notified about ocean or air freight, or both
Click Add to save the new team member
From Manage Team Member’s main view, click this Edit button to edit the corresponding team member
Step8:Editanexistingteammember
These icons tell you:- The number of open quote requests in
the service areas of this team member’s service locations
- Number of shipment this team member has won
The team member’s overall performance
Edit the information about the team member in this section
Click Save to keep all the changesChoose this option if you want to disable the team member
What happens after a shipper accepts your quote?
• Once the shipper accepts your quote, the shipper’s contact information will be visible to you.
• You can directly contact the shipper (via email, phone, or Fleet’s chat feature) to finalize all the details of the shipment.
Fleet soon will provide Document Management feature for shippers and freight forwarders to work on the documents together. Stay tuned for our update in August!
