DESCRIPTION

Presentation at Open World Forum 2013. I actually only spoke about slide 4, 6 and 13. This talk gave an overview of the use of free and open source software policies and solutions by public administrations in the European Union. It outlined the major trends and gave plenty of examples of public administrations that jointly develop, share and re-use such software solutions. http://openworldforum.org/fr/tracks/17#talk_109 http://openworldforum.org/fr/schedule/2/
