DESCRIPTION

Forum One, in collaboration with Summit Marketing, worked to design and develop a web site to meet the needs of the U.S. Army and to serve as a multimedia platform. Key features of the site include: • Dramatic and compelling design that delivers the stories of African Americans in the military to key audiences, especially students. • Multiple multimedia galleries (Photos, Videos and Stories), which are fully integrated with third party social web platforms (i.e. YouTube and Flickr) and enable users to browse, rate, and comment on the content. • Intuitive submission form that facilitates the sharing of personal stories by current African American soldiers, veterans, and veterans' families of their sacrifices on behalf of the U.S. military. • Rich education section that showcases content that educators can use in the classroom, including curriculum specific to the documentary that was featured on a third party document sharing site (i.e. Issuu).
