DESCRIPTION
The Fortress Mobile line of mobile digital video surveillance solutions, will provide your school bus fleet with more features, functionality, flexibility and expansion than the typical Mobile DVR solution. The commercially available off-the-shelf solution that provides your operations with a reliable interface to view video, track assets and share and save data that is collected. This proposed Mobile Video Surveillance Solution with embedded GPS will quickly be used for an abundance of more sophisticated needs. The solution we offer will provide you with the ability to place up to 4 Cameras for both Video and Audio recordings on a school bus. All camera recordings are simultaneously synchronized with the date, time and GPS location including the speed. Camera files can be viewed for each camera independently or simultaneously in a Quad View. These recordings, when played back, will simultaneously show video captured by each occupied channel. All camera recordings are watermarked with date and continual time of the recording. Bus number and camera location can also be watermarked on each camera channel view. Along with the Video/Audio recording ability, our solution also records GPS Data, Sensory Data and has the ability to have an operator Event Marker. The GPS module is embedded in our Mobile DVR box at no additional cost. If this module is activated you will have access to view the vehicle speed, direction of travel, the route a vehicle has taken and find the precise location the vehicle was at during any given moment. In addition to the GPS our box will also provide 8 independent sensors. These sensors will indicate when a driver applies the brakes, uses the turn signals, opens the vehicle doors, activates amber lights, etc. Depending on the vehicle and application of our solution, an “Event Button” might be provided. Internal sensors can be applied as well. An example of this is setting a vehicle speed threshold limit. If the driver is travelling at 65MPH and a speed threshold is set at 60MPHG, an alarm will be displayed in the viewing software. When the event button is activated a separate file is marked on the hard drive for easy file locating, retrieving, viewing, saving and sharing using our Video Viewing Playback software. Event files will not be recorded over for a pre-programmed set of time. The last phase of our system is to add “Real-Time” functionality with video and “Real-Time” GPS. This scalable solution requires an additional GPRS / Cellular Modem, server software and client software. This solution allows users to remotely locate any vehicle by using our Central Monitoring software interface. Users can see exact “Real-Time” GPS locations on a digital map and view the bus through the installed cameras. We refer to this technology as “Real-Time Live-Streaming” Video with Real-Time GPS. Wireless Network
Vehicles that are Wi-Fi equipped will automatically download vide/audio files that are marked via the Event Marker. This process will start when the vehicle enters the WiFi network.
The Wireless Network can be configure for a single bus lot or multiple bus lot with multiple access points.
