3. Objectives of FED4FIRE 1. To provide a transparent and unified way for experimenters to

discover, reserve, provision and release resources from all the FED4FIRE test-beds

2. To allow experimenters to use their existing credentials (or obtain a single credential) to access and use FED4FIRE test-beds

3. To provide monitoring data to both test-bed operators and experimenters
