Credibility and Leadership
The most important thing to the credibility of a leader is the trust in which his/her followers have in them. If the team does
not able to trust, or RELY, on their leader, then they will
never follow him.
One word: RELIABILITY
Credibility and ManagementOne word: EXPERIENCEA manager needs to have experience to be trusted by
his/her employees. If a manager does not have experience his/her employees have no basis for trust, no proof that the manager in capable of doing his/her job properly. This experience also aids in the process of present and future decision making.
A leader is always a manager; a manager is not always a leader.
