Causes of failure:

Difference between work done and work required.

Lack of knowledge.

Lack of determination.

Lack of self discipline.

Einstein could not speak until he was four and could not read until he was seven, causing his teachers and parents to think he was slow and anti-social. Eventually, he was expelled from school. But he did not give up and make a big name in field of Physics.

Bill gates failed in his study field and expelled from Harvard university . But , now he is founder of Microsoft due to his determination.

Soichiro Honda was turned down by Toyota Motor Corporation for a job after interviewing for a job as an engineer. He started making scooters of his own at home, and finally started his own business.
