This presentation was complimentary to a live presentation to the membership Executive Directors, during earlier stages of an ERP replacement. Its intent was to illustrate where we were in the overall process, but also what was immediately needed from them.

• Project to launch new Membership and Program Management software across the association - Most recent version of software from ABC
– Replaces 12+ year-old Voyager software– Upgrade version of software used by former Heritage YMCA
• Key Benefits– Operational improvements to better serve members– Modernized hardware at front desks– Updated web experience for members– Develop updated training materials– Re-train all staff
