ePRINT PRINTER REQUIREMENTS:

– Support for both HP and non-HP Printers

• Must be addressable directly on the network (using IP v4 address or hostname)

– HP Printers − PCL3-gui, PCL-5, PCL-6, PS− HP printers are auto-configured using SNMP query (otherwise configure manually)

• SNMP traffic must be allowed – Get Community name must be Public• The SNMP traffic load is extremely low – occurs only before the job submit

• Document-defined media size, with fall-back to letter

– Non-HP− PCL-5, PCL-3 GUI, PS− Can send print jobs (can‟t necessarily guarantee success)− Letter / A4 size may affect output (for Canon, need to force Letter when install)
