Our  client  was  looking  to  stage,  configure,  and  deploy  16  racks  of  EMC,  Cisco,  and  HP  in  aggressive  7meframe  for  one  of  their  datacenter  loca7ons  

Epoch  created  a  custom  deployment  model  for  our  client  that  shortened  the    delivery  of  the   fully  populated  racks   from  when  the  equipment   is   received  at   the  staging   facility   to  produc7on  in  the  client’s  data  center.        Currently  from  the  7me  of  order  to  the  7me  of  produc7on  the  Epoch  deployment  model  can   support   40   fully   populated   racks   in   about   a   3.5   week   7me   frame.  WASP/Storage/Inventory  Management

Challenge:  

Red  Bull  Stratos  Project  

Solu7on:  

Red  Bull  requested  Epoch  Universal  to  design  and  deploy  a  network  to  support  the  Red  Bull  Stratos  project  at  Roswell  Industrial  Air  Center.  

Epoch   Universal   provided   the   Core   Network   Infrastructure   (Rou7ng/Switching)   in   addi7on   to  wireless  networks  for  mission  cri7cal  data.    Red  Bull  took  over  part  of  the  Roswell  air  center  and  had  an  Internet  pipe  brought  into  a  aircrao  paint  hanger  a  mile  away  from  the  complex  that  was  built  for  mission  control.        Epoch  deployed  a  wireless  gig  point   to  point   shot   from  the  aircrao  paint  hanger   to   the  hanger  that   housed   the   space   capsule   and   the  mission   control   complex.   The   complex   supported   BBC,  Na7onal  Geographic's,    Government  agencies,  hospitality  tents,  and  mission  control.  The  network  was   configured   to   support   the   data   feeds   from   the   space   capsule   with   the   highest   priority   in  addi7on   to   support   streaming   of   the   event   and   all   of   the   standard   data   requirements   for   the  complex.

Unified Communications Showcase

Public  Storage  

Challenge:  

Solu7on:  

Public  Storage  requested  a  Unified  Communica7ons  solu7on  across  two  main  data  centers  setup  in  a  HA  environment.    

All  incoming  and  outgoing  PSTN  connec7vity  is  supported  by  redundant  SIP  gateways  (500  sessions  each)  in  the  date  centers.   The  HQ  and  district   offices   received   SRST   gateways   and  updated  data   networking   devices   to   support   the  Unified  Communica7on  devices  and  endpoints.  The  HQ  and  district  offices   (18   remote   loca7ons)  are  supported  by  600  IP  handsets  and  WebEx  Connect  users.      The  store  facili7es  (2050  loca7ons)  are  supported  by  2500  IP  handsets  are  also  connected  to  the  two  redundant  data  centers  for  all  voice  services.    All   incoming  calls  to  the  store   loca7ons  are  front  ended  by  the  UCCX  applica7on  for  advanced  rou7ng  based  on  database  dips  and  customer  inpuWed  informa7on.      The   core   Unified   Communica7on   applica7ons   that   were   setup   are   Communica7ons   Manager,   Unity   Connec7on,  Presence,  AWendant  Console,  and  UCCX  all  running  in  a  complete  HA  environment  across  the  redundant  data  centers.  Epoch  is  also  monitoring  all  Voice  related  devices  and  providing  level  1  to  3  support  including  all  MAC  requests.
