Enterprise mobility management (EMM) is the management of mobile devices, networks and related services for enhanced use in a business context by some processes and techniques. As we can see that Smartphones are increasing by the potential growth in the society and the workplaces in the past few years. Most of the youngsters are now using the smart phones and high-tech gadgets for their routine daily activities such as checking email. Now hi-tech gadgets are very common in the workplaces and corporate business areas like iPad, Smartphones for presentations and data based statics. It is good to work comfortably with all these gadgets for employees in the workplace because it increases the productivity of the work. Maintaining all types of devices, OS and other services in this huge context is not so easy because of the security reasons and high cost. So the system which enables huge mobile devices to use in an enterprise is commonly referred as the Enterprise mobility management. Enterprise mobility management is not only about to protect the enterprise devices and data which belong to the customers and employees. Dimensions of Enterprise mobility: Use of smart phones and gadgets in an organization for the business purposes may be a little bit risky because mobile devices are easily lost or stolen. As we know how valuable the data on those devices for an organization. It is also possible to have an unauthorized access to corporate data through the devices which is really embarrassing for any organization. So ensure the security in the organization EEM system restrict the unauthorized access and give password protection system to the device. It involves encryption of the passwords and gives the access to the administrator to delete all data from a misplaced device. One more common feature is that EEM system offers the administrator to access the data through the different devices. It improves the infrastructure of the system so that administrator’s devices can secure on the air. Telecom expense management is a feature in the EEM system which is mainly used to maintain and restrict the misusage of the corporate mobile devices. It maintains the overall voice and transmitted data of a particular device which restricts the personal usages.
