We have SharePoint (office 365).. Issue solved?
1. People download and email things to the outside world2. They download and store them on: Google Drive,
Dropbox, Box.Net, OneDrive, WeTransfer, ......3. We can enable the “Share” option in office 3654. Configure Extranet access for SharePoint on premise5. Develop your own solution on SharePoint or Office 365

TaskForce is task-based and adds functionality that is not available when sharing: A reason for issue: Why is the document shared? A deadline: When is a response due? A response: The recipient can be asked to respond with a document Notifications: TaskForce sends notifications when a task is almost due
Taskforce does modify access rights when information is Shared The TaskForce Dashboard gives the user a cross SharePoint and Office
365 overview of all documents Issued by him and Assigned to him.

The Taskforce Dashboard
The Taskforce dashboard is hosted in the Cloud and is accessible via direct URL or via a ribbon button in SharePoint as part of a provider hosted add-in.
See all the tasks you have issued across all projects and see their progress and status.
See all tasks that have been assigned to you on any project. Directly complete a task from the dashboard.
Cancel any task you have issued on any project. Incrementally filter the dashboard using a search box. Open the Taskforce dashboard data directly in Microsoft Power BI
(Taskforce version TBD).
