Panel Objective The panel will discuss the impact of 4G technology on education, Health, Gove and use IoT as

technology enabler illustration this impact with possible success stories.

Panel Questions Why 4G and why now? (10 Minutes)

  Digital transformation will need ICT (including IoT) as a key catalyst; and ICT, particularly

broadband, will be absolutely crucial for achieving this change. Please comment and illustrate on examples in areas such as Health and Education? (15 Minutes)

  If policy-makers, government and development actors don’t know who the poor people are, or

where they live, development interventions will not be able to reach the intended beneficiaries, leading to leakages and inefficiencies. How 4G technology will help in overcome this issue and improve existing solution? (15 Minutes)
