Vehicle Management System

Vehicle Management System is a web-based solution that enables vehicle owners to manage

equipment and issues for cars, yachts, motorbikes, and many other devices.

Basic characteristics of the system:

Registration and login to access a personal account.

Creation and management of profiles for a vehicle with detailed description of equipment.

Management of issues, support of maintenance logs to keep all the history of work done on

a certain piece of equipment.

Management of maintenance estimates. It is possible to send issues to several service

companies to find the lowest price.

Communication with experts and other owners of a similar vehicle via a dedicated message

board.

Management of email reminders. It is possible to use built-in preset reminders or create

any custom one on the fly.

Management of preferred vendors for every piece of equipment, including their names and

contact details, last purchase prices. It is also possible to order equipment online.

Management of photo albums.

A library of manuals for vehicles of different models. The system user can also add new

manuals that are not available in the library.

Tachograph Management System

The Tachograph Management System is a suite of the web-based and desktop applications

designed for the management of the company data in the Transportation and Logistics sector.

The web-based application empowers the company staff to complete the following tasks:

Manage the company information, personnel, and physical assets, including vehicles,

depots, employees, drivers, etc.

Obtain the information about the driver’s activity. The data are uploaded on the server from

the desktop application and become available in the web application.

Store, track and analyze the driver’s activity with all possible infringements involved.

Collect statistics about the vehicles and driver’s activity thus enabling the company staff to

better allocate resources.

The desktop application offers the following functionality:

Load the data about the driver’s activity either from a card or a tacho disk.

Upload the data on the server so that it is available in the web application.
